  5. That seems to be an awesome speed you're doing Nobby. Did you outrun them, or did they just wait around to massacre Gail?

  6. Our last two walks were cool with very little humidity. The bugs seemed to lay low and we were not bothered at all.

  7. This means you are faster than a million midges! that is quite the accomplishment! and all that beauty to run in is great. at the graveside of my mothers funeral back in 1990, we were on the river bank in smothering heat, drizzling rain and MILLIONS of MIDGES.. they were in our eyes, ears and bob and I still talk about it after all these years. they should be in the Bible as a plague

  8. Nobby you are running at Mach speed. I wish I could run that fast to out pace the skeeters; however, since I can't I'll just stay indoors. Next two days temps 98 and 99 with feels like 105 +

  9. Nobby, you are a blur, you are running so fast! Redford would love to chase you if he had the chance!

  10. Run, Nobby, Run! It's too bad those midges make it difficult to stop and enjoy such a beautiful landscape.

  11. Did Gail keep up with you? BOLOLOL!!! If those midges are like the gnats here, that is why Mom hates to walk after dinner - they are relentless.
