Earlier this week I made a wonderful new discovery. Sun puddles!
They are lovely and warm and they move around the house throughout the day.
Gail tells me sun puddles are a rare and precious commodity here in Aberdeen. A bit like puppy downtime, she says.
I am beginning to realise that Gail is right, at least about the sun puddles.
By yesterday morning they had all disappeared.
But, with the optimism of youth, I find there is always an upside. At least I had a chance to make more yellow snow!
Can you see it?
oh no... you got ice cream from sky? we hope it will not come over da channel ;O)

ReplyDeleteWell, Nobby... there I was thinking what an idyllic time you are having with all those sunpuddles... then BAM! Winter again. (Much like here, except it is just wet, wet, wet - though snow has been forecast.) One thing I am sure of is that the sun will return. Eventually! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

Wow, Nobby - sun puddles and snow in 24 hours. That's like napping to racing around and back to napping in under a minute.
ReplyDeleteYou look very contented in the sun puddles Nobby.
ReplyDeleteI live in a place where usually we get too much sun and I look for a shade puddle instead. Not right now, because we have miserable winter weather and it's raining all the time, when normally we'll have sun.
Yes, I spotted your yellow snow, and I'm sure Gail will be most pleased to see it!
Love,
Inca xx
Sun puddles are wonderful things but I do love the snow too! Snow in April is a wonderful thing!
ReplyDeleteNobby what a week you are having...sun puddles and making yellow snow.
ReplyDeleteLIFE is good in Aberdeen. Sleeping puppies and sun puddles make for a happy Gail
FYI: the 2nd photo of your most gawgeous WFT tail is a MAZ ing

What a great life! Sun puddles and (perhaps) your first yellow snow! Whahoo!
ReplyDeleteI see the yellow snow, yay you did one we could SEE. I have to say that each time I scrolled and saw yet another Nobby in the Sun puddle I smiled and smiled and smiled and smiled, you are too precious for words...I am so glad you enjoyed your ride... you look like you are growing quickly
ReplyDeleteYou sure look content to be hanging out in those sun puddles, Nobby. We're glad you got to make more yellow snow but for Gail's sake we hope it didn't stick around for too long.
ReplyDeleteSun puddles can be rare n Aberdeen…glad you could enjoy them. Can’t believe you can still make yellow snow.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. You are learning of all life's little Easter eggs.
ReplyDeleteYou are too adorable Nobby! We can't wait to see and hear more about you as you grow and to hear all about your personality. We know you have a beautiful angel guiding you from above.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Kim
Sooo sweet! Napping is the best, us dogs get to do it ALL THE TIME! How lucky is that!
